AXR Tours Information

This tour is great for those looking to relax and enjoy a trip along the colorful coast. This family-friendly activity is a must-do when in Costa Rica, and no prior ATV experience is necessary! We begin the adventure by heading south to Hermosa beach, famous for being selected as for The World’s Surf Championship  last year. Look at all the cattle, contrasted with the green pastures and rows of coconut trees…looks so peaceful and nice. We continue driving on the sandy/rocky riverbed of rio Tulin, located at Hermosa’s National Wildlife Refuge. We traverse back and forth thru this amazing country side where the dry rainforest meets the denser wet rainforest.  The panoramic views are unbelievable.

Season depending, as we come back to Jaco, we might be able to witness one of nature’s greatest events, the release of dozens of baby Olive’s Ridley turtles into the ocean……hey I don’t want this tour to end yet!***All tour locations are subject to change due to variances in the weather, rider experience or un-foreseen conditions. ***
