DESCRIPTION:

White water rafting is a great way to experience the rush of the Naranjo and Savegre rivers. They’re mountainous topography gives you the opportunity to feel a rush of adrenaline and hear pumping in the most natural and enjoyable river experience. White Water Rafting Jaco, has become one of the areas top tours, with only 1 hour drive to the rivers from Jaco, allows this tour to be a great half day / full day option of adventure seeking. There are a few top locations in Costa Rica for rafting and in the Central Pacific these are your two options.

Overall length of half day tour is approximately 5 hours (transportation there and back, instructions, and time on the river.) full day approximately 8 hours.

Rapids are class III (can vary from class II, III, IV)

Tour includes: transportation from Jaco, or Playa Hermosa, approximately 1 hour south, fresh fruit, water bottle, and bilingual guides. Lunch is included on the full day tour. We recommend you to bring an extra change of clothes for the ride home, closed toed shoes or water shoes. 

Seasons: Our Summer also known as “Dry Season” from December to June, the rivers will have less water in them changing the class of the rapids. Once we are back into the rainy season (July – November) the rivers will raise and it’s know in October some days if we have storms that the White Water Rafting Tours can be cancelled for safety reasons. Rescheduling will apply.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 

1. HALF DAY: The deposit of $20.00USD has reserved your booking, upon arrival to the tour office the balance per person of $70.00USD must be paid before the tour starts. 
2. FULL DAY: The deposit of $20.00USD has reserved your booking, upon arrival to the tour office the balance per person of $90.00USD must be paid before the tour starts.
3. Transportation is 1 hour South of Jaco.
4. Pickup times: 7:00AM / 11:30AM(Half Day Only)
5. Transportation is included within Jaco & Playa Hermosa, outside a small transportation fee may be applied (will be paid upon arrival)
6. Cancellations: 5 Days before it starts for a full refund, with no refunds after that. No show or late arrival, there will be no refunds, and deposit will be lost. Terms & Conditions / Cancellation Policy
